The repetitive motion is beneficial for fat burning around your abdomen.

It’s a simple process that starts by standing with your legs apart and your knees bent. Put your hands in front of you until you’ve aligned them with your shoulders, and lunge forward with your right leg. In this position, you should be at a 90-degree angle to the floor, with your left leg back and your spine straight. The fat burning aspect is the next step, which involves you twisting your torso left and right. Repeat this process for 10-15 twists before swapping legs.
